Since 1993, Wellman & Warren has represented and counseled over 300 network marketing and direct sales companies. These companies range in size from brand new start-up ventures to multi-million dollar per month sales volume companies.
During this period, Wellman & Warren has negotiated on behalf of companies with over 30 regulatory agencies across the country, including the Federal Trade Commission, Food and Drug Administration, and Department of Justice.
