FTP Ownership

We will make 20% of the company’s equity available for Representative ownership in a Production Pool. We will offer an 10% equity ownership percentage to all Representatives who contribute to our 1st bench mark of 50,000 Representatives.

The remaining 10% will be distributed based on a Representatives contribution towards hitting our second benchmark of 100,000 Representatives.

The Ownership percentage will be based on the level of participation in reference to how many of the 50,000 and 100,000 Representatives fall into their down line and the corporately earned position ranking at the ownership cap. The more a Representative contributes toward For The People hitting its goals, the larger an ownership percentage they will qualify for. These dividends will be distributed through shares that will be willable and saleable.

PRODUCTION POOLS (20% of gross company product sales)

- 5% Founders pool (EVERYONE PARTICIPATES)
- 2.5% emissary pool (also participates in the founders pool)
- 1.5% diplomat pool (also participates in the founder & emissary pools)
- 1% ambassador pool (also participates in the founder, emissary, and diplomat pools)

Remaining 10% based on the 1st 100,000 reps to join For The People:
